SAP Hana XSengine consultant

Summary: The SAP Hana XSengine consultant role involves gathering requirements, conducting technical analysis, and developing reporting capabilities in SAP HANA and HANA XSengine. The consultant will work closely with clients and team members to execute Agile methodologies and ensure adherence to SAP best practices. Responsibilities include designing, coding, and testing applications while maintaining direct interaction with business representatives. The position requires extensive experience in SAP HANA development and SQL scripting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with client and Teaming Partner team members and executives on and across the project team
• Plan, drive, and execute all required process steps as defined in clients Agile delivery methodologies
• Direct interaction with customer business representatives and Agile team members to complete user story refinement and detailed task breakdowns
• Design and code in SAP HANA, HANA XS Classic platform (including server-side JavaScript XSJS and SQL Script), and Data Services and adhering to SAP best practices
• Analyze, design, code and test break/fix requests and enhancements to data model and reporting components
• Develop system interfaces using Data Services, XML, and file transfers. Execute component and unit testing, support UAT, and resolve defects

Key Skills:

• 10+ years development experience building Calculation View data models, real-time web service applications in XSEngine, and ETLs within SAP HANA and Data Services
• 2+ years experience in SQL scripting
• Active Secret Clearance or IT-II
