SAP GTS Functional Lead (34534)

Summary: Our client is looking for an experienced SAP GTS Functional Lead to support a global SAP rollout in the Build phase. The role involves leading the GTS workstream, overseeing deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional SAP and business stakeholders. The consultant will also participate in project meetings and ensure quality adherence throughout the project lifecycle. This position requires senior-level expertise in SAP GTS and experience in global deployment environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP GTS workstream and act as primary functional point of contact
• Oversee solution delivery, configuration review, and documentation
• Participate in global deployment planning & execution
• Work with offshore and onsite teams to ensure quality and timeline adherence
• Drive testing, UAT support, and cutover readiness
• Provide expertise across export/import compliance, customs, and trade automation

Key Skills:

• Senior-level SAP GTS Functional expertise (Manager-level preferred)
• Experience leading GTS streams in global SAP rollout environments
• Strong knowledge of Export/Import compliance, Customs, Trade Automation
• Ability to work independently and coordinate across international teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
