Key Responsibilities:

  • GTS Customs Management and FTZ Implementation experience required
  • Manage organization structure, master data, and inbound/outbound processes related to FTZ
  • Conduct stock transfers and manage scrap processes within FTZ
  • Generate forecasts and prepare FTZ reporting, including annual reconciliation and quarterly summaries
  • Gather requirements and fill in the Business-Driven Configuration Assessment questionnaire
  • Plan and build Workshop A, including system demos and presentations
  • Manage requirements, configuration, documentation, and key decision documentation
  • Oversee process flows, authorization, security, test planning, and change management
  • Ensure compliance with embargo checks, legal control checks, and sanctioned party list checks
  • Integrate with warehouse management systems and external warehouse systems
  • Author functional specifications

1. Organization Structure : FTZ Customs ID, FIRMS code
2. Master Data : Product Categorization Component, Semifinished Product, Finished Product; Zone status (PF, NPF)
3. Inbound to FTZ : Domestic goods (Duty paid), Foreign goods (Duty unpaid) Direct deliveryNon-direct delivery, Transit procedures : Permit to Transfer (PTT), In Bond (IB), Zone to Zone transfer; FTZ finished products produced in-house, Sales return
4. Posting stock to FTZ : Local clearance admission, Regular admission, Overage admission, Entry for consumption, Domestic goods and Production GR for FTZ finished products or semifinished products produced in-house
