SAP GRC Process Control Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP GRC Process Control Consultant to design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide internal controls and compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in control automation, Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM), risk management, and SAP GRC integration, with strong preference for SAP S/4HANA experience.

SAP GRC Process Control Implementation

• Configure and maintain SAP GRC Process Control, including organizations, process maps, subprocesses, control objectives, and controls.
• Design and implement automated and semi-automated control testing, CCM, and continuous audit processes.
• Configure control assessments covering design effectiveness, operating effectiveness, subprocess design, and self-assessments.
• Manage workflows, notifications, control deficiencies, remediation plans, and compliance reporting.

SAP S/4HANA and Security Integration

• Align existing SAP ECC controls and business processes with SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Integrate SAP GRC Process Control with SAP GRC Access Control and underlying SAP systems to support continuous monitoring and governance.
• Support audit and compliance activities by demonstrating automated control effectiveness to internal and external auditors.
• Collaborate with IT, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Finance, and Security teams to strengthen control environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP GRC Process Control, preferably versions 10.1, 12.0, or higher.
• Proven experience implementing Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM), automated controls, data source connectors, business rules, and script execution.
• Knowledge of SOX 404, COSO, NIST, and other internal control and compliance frameworks.
• Experience integrating SAP GRC Process Control with SAP GRC Access Control, including Segregation of Duties (SoD) management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, process-mapping, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, including Fiori applications and modern financial and operational processes.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP, SQL, SAP data structures, and table schemas for automated control rules.
• SAP certification in GRC Process Control or Access Control.
