Summary: The role of Freelance SAP GRC Integration Consultant involves supporting a global organization in enhancing GRC capabilities beyond SAP through hybrid integration. The consultant will focus on cross-platform risk management, identity provisioning, and designing custom connectors between SAP and third-party systems. Immediate availability is required for a contract lasting over six months. The position is remote, preferably for candidates based in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement integrations between SAP GRC (Access Control or IAG) and non-SAP platforms (e.g. Active Directory, ServiceNow, Ariba, Salesforce)
• Support custom connector development for role provisioning and risk analysis
• Align access control strategy across SAP and non-SAP ecosystems
• Translate compliance and audit requirements into scalable cross-system access governance
• Collaborate with Identity and Access Management (IAM) teams, SAP Basis, and business stakeholders
• Support SoD rule harmonisation and centralised reporting across platforms

Key Skills:

• Proven hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control and/or SAP IAG
• Experience integrating SAP GRC with at least one major third-party system (e.g. AD, Ariba, Salesforce, ServiceNow)
• Strong understanding of ID provisioning, role concepts, and access risk frameworks
• Ability to develop or guide custom interface logic (e.g. BAPI, web services, OData, SCIM)
• Exposure to IAM tools (e.g., SAP IDM, Azure AD, Okta) is a plus
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
