- Lead work groups and develop broad programs or projects in support of organizational strategies.

- Delegate work to lower-banded team members.
- Conduct in-depth evaluations of variable factors in data analysis.

- Apply principles, theories, concepts, and technologies independently.
Key Skills:
- Strong background in systems such as SAP (IS Retail, IM, MM, MMFI, CCOM, LE Logistics Execution) and JIRA.
- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically VISIO and MS Project.
- Experience with G-Suite.
- College degree or commensurate work experience.
- Strong communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in implementing projects across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Independent thinking and creativity in problem-solving.
