Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant to lead the migration from ECC to S/4HANA, requiring strong leadership and technical skills. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in S/4HANA projects and a proven track record in financial transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and advise on the migration from ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing credible leadership and guidance to finance and IT stakeholders.
- Ensure adoption of S/4HANA best practices throughout the migration process.
- Analyse and articulate the differences between current ECC processes and S/4HANA, highlighting the scale of business change required.
- Identify and communicate opportunities arising from S/4 migration in Finance, including process optimisation and innovation.
- Develop and oversee data migration strategies, including transitioning from Classic GL to New GL.
Key Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of S/4HANA Finance best practices and architecture (10+ years)
- Proven experience in ECC to S/4HANA migration projects, including hands-on involvement in design and implementation.
- Strong understanding of data migration processes and financial transformation.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams across IT and Finance, fostering collaboration and driving results.
- Exceptional communication and senior stakeholder management skills to inspire confidence at all levels.

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant with deep expertise in Finance and S/4HANA (minimum of 3 years on more than two S/4 Hana transformation projects) to play a pivotal role in our migration journey from ECC to S/4. This is a leadership position requiring strong influencing and transformation skills, technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire confidence across IT and Finance teams.
