SAP Finance Test Co-ordinator 12 month contract remote India
We have a new demand for a Testing Coordinator for SAP Finance to Manage (F2M) Team.
Contract Period : 12mths
Work Allocation : est. 160hrs/mth (100%)
Work Location : Remote India
Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Testing Coordinator to join the F2M S4 Hana project team.
The Testing Coordinator will act as the primary liaison between the F2M team and the central Testing team, ensuring alignment on testing expectations, driving quality, test planning and execution, and delivering high-quality testing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaboration & Communication
o Serve as the single point of contact between the F2M team and the central Testing team.
o Communicate testing requirements, priorities, and timelines effectively.
o Facilitate resolution of queries and clarifications from the Testing team.
2. Test Execution
o Drive the execution of test cases during Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT phases.
3. Defect and Issue Management
o Monitor and track defects related to F2M processes.
o Collaborate with F2M functional and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of defects.
o Escalate critical issues and risks to appropriate stakeholders.
4. Reporting
o Provide regular updates on testing progress, including metrics, blockers, and results.
Qualifications:
1. Technical and Functional Expertise
o Sound understanding of different types of testing, testing life cycles and methodologies.
o Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana F2M processes not a must but an added advantage. (e.g., GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling).
o Experience with test management tools such as SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, or equivalent, not a must but an added advantage.
o Project management skills an added advantage.
2. Analytical and Organizational Skills
o Attention to detail with the ability to identify gaps in test coverage.
o Ability to identify testing issues and defects and highlighting it to the F2M or testing team.
o Ability to manage multiple testing deliverables and deadlines efficiently.
3. Communication Skills
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
o Ability to produce clear and concise reports and documentation.
4. Soft Skills
o Proactive and adaptable in addressing changing project needs.
o Stakeholder management skills and the ability to understand when to escalate an issue.
