SAP Finance (R2R/C2R) Solution Expert

Summary: The SAP Finance (R2R/C2R) Solution Expert will lead finance value stream activities, focusing on global template deployments and U.S. localization initiatives. This role requires extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA, particularly in design and configuration, while acting as a trusted advisor for SAP Finance and Controlling programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Aerospace & Defense or Discrete Manufacturing industries, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Finance value stream activities, including global template deployments and U.S. localization initiatives.
• Review and validate SAP S/4HANA design, configuration, and SI deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives, SAP best practices, and clean core principles.
• Apply working knowledge of SAP Project Systems (GPD – Grouping, Pegging, and Distribution).
• Act as the trusted SAP Finance (R2R/C2R) and Controlling advisor, providing solution leadership and governance for SAP S/4HANA programs.
• Minimum four full-cycle SAP implementations, including at least two SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• 10+ years of SAP Controlling (CO) experience.
• Strong background in Aerospace & Defense (A&D) and/or Discrete Manufacturing industries.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with demonstrated executive-level engagement capability.
