SAP Finance Change Manager

The Opportunity

We are supporting a major SAP S/4HANA transformation programme and are looking for an experienced SAP Finance Change Manager to lead business change, readiness and adoption activities across the Finance workstream.

This is a key role within a large-scale transformation, working closely with Finance stakeholders, SAP functional teams and the wider programme to ensure the organisation is prepared for the transition to S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Change Management activities across the SAP Finance workstream.
• Develop and execute change, communication and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Assess business impacts and identify key areas requiring change.
• Drive business readiness and adoption across Finance teams.
• Coordinate and support UAT and business acceptance activities.
• Develop training materials, user guidance and communications.
• Work closely with Finance stakeholders, project teams and SAP functional consultants.
• Support cutover, go-live, hypercare and ongoing adoption.
• Identify resistance to change and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Provide clear reporting on change readiness, risks and adoption to programme leadership.

Required Experience

• Strong experience in SAP Change Management.
• Previous experience working on SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Good understanding of SAP Finance/S/4HANA Finance processes.
• Experience delivering business readiness, communications and training activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience coordinating UAT and supporting business adoption.
• Ability to work effectively across Finance, IT and business teams.
