Summary: The SAP Fieldglass Functional Consultant is responsible for the successful delivery of projects and enhancing customer experience, serving as a subject matter expert in the SAP Fieldglass application. The role involves consulting on best practices and driving customer behavior towards optimal solutions. The consultant will lead workshops, manage configurations, and contribute to product knowledge. Strong customer-facing experience and understanding of the Managed Services Provider industry are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving customer behavior towards Best-in-Class solutions
- Leading Fit-to-Standard and Delta Design workshops
- Capturing configuration values from Fit-to-Standard Workshops, managing, and estimating customer Backlog
- Demonstrating customer-specific solution
- Manage configuration of the test and production environments
- Actively contributing to product knowledge through self-study, meeting attendance, and project participation
Key Skills:
- Have 3+ years consulting experience in a customer-facing role, preferably with experience in a SaaS solution. SAP Fieldglass application knowledge.
- Experience and/or understanding of the Managed Services Provider and/or Vendor Management industry
- Understanding of one or more implementation methodologies such as Agile
- Demonstrated ability to understand and manage client expectations
- Ability to learn complex concepts and subjects under a variety of conditions
- Demonstrated detail-orientation with strong organizational skills, including the ability to self-manage time and tasks
- Bachelor's degree or Relevant experience preferred
