Summary: The SAP FICO Senior Consultant role involves leading full-cycle implementations and enhancements of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules for a healthcare client. The position requires extensive experience in SAP FICO, particularly in the healthcare domain, and the ability to manage projects independently. The consultant will be responsible for gathering requirements, configuring modules, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This is a remote position that requires support for the Eastern Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations (blueprint to go-live) independently.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Configure and customize FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, COPA) modules.
  • Provide expertise in integration with MM, SD, and HR modules.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for development, testing, and deployment.
  • Prepare functional specifications, testing documents, and training materials.
  • Act as a key advisor to the client, ensuring the solution aligns with financial and operational goals.
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX and other healthcare regulatory standards where applicable.

Key Skills:

  • 13-15 years of SAP FICO experience, with at least 2-3 full-cycle implementations from blueprint to go-live.
  • Strong configuration and design experience in SAP FI & CO modules.
  • Experience with integration points between FICO and other SAP modules.
  • Previous experience working with or for healthcare clients (Cigna or similar) is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setup.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • SAP certification in FICO (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant to support full-cycle implementations and enhancements for a leading healthcare client. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules and must have completed end-to-end SAP FICO implementations from scratch. Prior experience working in the healthcare domain will be a significant advantage.
