Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead US Finance & Consolidation to lead finance solution design, SAP implementation, and consolidation/reporting initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong SAP FI/CO expertise, hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, knowledge of US statutory and compliance requirements, and experience working with manufacturing finance processes and Japan-based headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FI/CO solution design, configuration, and implementation for US finance operations.
• Drive finance design workshops, requirement gathering, and stakeholder discussions.
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Manage US finance processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and financial closing.
• Ensure alignment with US statutory reporting, tax, audit, and financial compliance requirements.
• Lead financial consolidation, intercompany accounting, and group reporting activities.
• Support financial reporting and consolidation requirements between US operations and Japan headquarters.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, controlling, and corporate finance teams.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders to align finance processes, reporting standards, and business requirements.
• Provide functional leadership, resolve complex issues, and ensure successful delivery of finance transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP FI/CO experience with strong functional and implementation expertise.
• 3+ SAP S/4HANA implementation cycles preferred.
• 5+ years of experience leading finance solution design and workshops.
• Strong understanding of US finance, statutory reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in manufacturing finance and cost controlling.
• Knowledge of financial consolidation, intercompany transactions, and group reporting.
• Experience working with global finance teams and Japan-based headquarters.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
