Summary: We are looking for a senior SAP FICO Consultant with expertise in banking integration and compliance to support new acquisition setups in SAP. This role is crucial for ensuring adherence to UK payment regulations, particularly ISO 20022. The position is fully remote and classified as outside IR35. The ideal candidate will lead finance projects and provide guidance to junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse business processes and design SAP solutions to close gaps.
- Lead SAP finance projects, including new legal entity and tax code setups.
- Integrate SAP with banking systems, focusing on compliance with new payment data standards.
- Extract and manage financial data for debt collection and management.
- Drive process improvements and ensure quality compliance.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members and stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Extensive hands-on SAP FI experience (GL, AR, AP, AA, Tax, Bank Accounting).
- Experience with SAP ECC V6.
- Knowledge of SAP CO, SD, MM, and third-party system integration.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to deliver full lifecycle SAP projects.
- Self-motivated, business-focused, and able to work independently.
