SAP FICO Consultant

Summary: The SAP FICO Consultant role is a contract position focused on providing expertise in SAP ECC FI for retail clients. The consultant will work remotely but may need to travel to the client site in Manchester, CT, as required. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the business are essential, along with senior-level experience in the field. The role emphasizes on-site availability a few days a week, with travel expenses covered by the client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise in SAP ECC FI, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Profit and Cost Centers, Internal Orders, and Financial Reporting.
• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Work on-site a few days a week as required by the client.
• Travel to the client site in Manchester, CT, when necessary, with expenses paid by the client.

Key Skills:

• Strong SAP ECC FI skills.
• Experience in retail domain clients.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Basic knowledge of Oracle EPM (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with Concur integration, Tax, Treasury and Risk Management, Payment Cards/Methods of Payment, Billing Plans, and Financing (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with tax systems (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience with SAP enhancements (preferred but not mandatory).
