Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP Finance and Controlling modules. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure integration with other systems. The ideal candidate will also provide training, documentation, and support for financial closing activities. This position is fully remote and requires a strong background in SAP FICO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements, analyze processes, and design SAP FICO solutions.
  • Configure SAP FI (GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA).
  • Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, HR) to ensure smooth integration of FICO with other SAP modules.
  • Provide end-user training and create documentation for processes and configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, issues, and change requests within agreed SLAs.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.
  • Assist in SAP system upgrades, migrations, and S/4HANA transformation projects.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and audit requirements.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of SAP FICO implementation and support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of FI submodules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of CO submodules: Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA.
  • Experience with integration points between FICO and MM, SD, PP, HR.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
