SAP Fico Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Architect with deep expertise in S/4HANA Finance transformation. The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of financial solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP FICO solution architecture for S/4HANA implementations or migrations
• Design and configure Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules
• Drive S/4HANA Finance transformation, including Central Finance, New GL, and Universal Journal
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Define system architecture, integration strategy, and data migration approach
• Lead FIT-GAP analysis, blueprinting, and solution design workshops
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements
• Oversee integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.)
• Provide guidance on SAP best practices, performance tuning, and optimization
• Lead and mentor functional consultants and offshore teams
• Support testing phases (Unit, SIT, UAT) and go-live activities

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP FICO
• 3+ full lifecycle implementations, including at least 1–2 S/4HANA projects
• Deep expertise in: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA)
• Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing
• Strong experience in S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal, FSCM, Central Finance)
• Experience with data migration tools (LTMC, LTMOM, Migration Cockpit)
• Knowledge of integration with MM, SD, and third-party systems
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance
• Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Brownfield/Greenfield implementations
• Exposure to SAP Fiori apps and embedded analytics
• Knowledge of Group Reporting, Treasury, or Cash Management
• SAP certification in S/4HANA Finance
• Experience in industries like Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Retail
