SAP FICA Consultant

Summary: The SAP FI-CA Techno-Functional Consultant will join a growing SAP delivery team focused on large-scale revenue management and billing solutions within a regulated environment. This role involves analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring SAP solutions, and supporting development and testing activities. The position is predominantly remote with some onsite visits required. The consultant will play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end SAP FI-CA solutions across new project work and system enhancements
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements
• Produce solution design documentation including functional specifications and process designs
• Configure SAP FI-CA solutions and work closely with development teams on technical enhancements
• Support the build phase by assisting developers and performing initial solution validation
• Collaborate with testing teams to ensure solutions are appropriately tested
• Support deployment activities and ensure smooth transition into live service support
• Assist with troubleshooting, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives

Key Skills:

• Strong experience working with SAP FI-CA
• Experience supporting or delivering large SAP implementations or transformation programmes
• At least one full SAP project lifecycle experience
• Ability to operate in a techno-functional capacity, bridging functional design and technical delivery
• Understanding of financial accounting processes and integration with other SAP modules
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
