Summary: The SAP Emarsys Consultant is responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP marketing solutions to enhance marketing and campaign management processes. This role involves designing personalized marketing campaigns, collaborating with stakeholders, and integrating systems within a retail environment. The consultant will also analyze customer behavior to develop loyalty programs and create performance tracking dashboards. A strong background in SAP and marketing automation is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure and optimize SAP Marketing Solutions to align with business objectives
- Design and execute personalized, automated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, mobile and web channels
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define marketing requirements, customer journeys and segmentation strategies
- Integrate SAP Marketing Solutions (SAP Emarsys and SAP Customer Data Platform) with other systems in a retail environment (e.g. Customer Relationship Management, Point of Sale, Order Management Systems)
- Utilize customer behavior analysis and reporting for developing loyalty programs
- Develop custom dashboards, campaign reports, and KPIs for performance tracking
- Support A/B testing, deliverability optimization, and channel performance enhancement
- 3+ years of experience with SAP
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, automation flows, personalization, and multichannel campaigns
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and scripting for email templates
- Experience with HTML, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets)
