SAP EDW Consultant - Remote

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP EDW Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Enterprise Data Warehousing, data integration, data modeling, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise data warehouse solutions using SAP technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP Enterprise Data Warehouse solutions.
• Work on SAP BW / BW on HANA / SAP BW/4HANA implementations and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain data models, InfoProviders, ADSOs, CompositeProviders, and DataSources.
• Build and support ETL processes for extracting, transforming, and loading data from SAP and non-SAP source systems.
• Develop data flows, transformations, DTPs, process chains, and data loading routines.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, cleansing, and quality checks.
• Optimize data loads, queries, and overall warehouse performance.
• Work with SAP HANA views, SQL, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support for data warehouse solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP BW / SAP BW on HANA / SAP BW/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience with SAP EDW concepts and architecture.
• Experience in data modeling, ETL, data extraction, and transformation.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA, SQL, and performance optimization.
• Experience with SAP data integration and reporting solutions.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with data migration, data quality, and reconciliation.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Datasphere or SAP Business Data Cloud.
• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Exposure to cloud data platforms and modern data engineering tools.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
