- Minimum 12 years of relevant SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance consulting experience in asset-intensive industries.
- At least 6 full end-to-end SAP EAM implementation projects, with additional experience in SAP deployments, upgrades, and rollouts.
- Demonstrated domain expertise in Aerospace & Defense, including familiarity with: Depot-level and line maintenance models, Fleet maintenance, serialized equipment, and configuration control, Defense sustainment, overhaul & refurbishment, and compliance-driven asset tracking, Government and customer-owned property management, UID tracking, and audit readiness.
- Strong background in Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) business processes within asset-intensive industries.
- Experience working in regulated, compliance-driven environments aligned with A&D standards and defense procurement cycles.

Proven experience implementing SAP S/4HANA with Fiori Tiles for EAM roles, including Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Technician, and Resource Scheduling personas
