Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and support SAP Device Management solutions.
- Manage device and meter lifecycle processes, including installation, removal, replacement, and maintenance.
- Analyze business requirements and provide appropriate SAP solutions.
- Support integration between SAP DM, IS-U, billing, and related SAP components.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide production support.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.
- Participate in testing, implementation, and deployment activities.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of SAP experience with strong SAP DM / Device Management expertise.
- Strong knowledge of SAP IS-U and Utilities processes.
- Experience with meter management and device lifecycle management.
- SAP S/4HANA Utilities experience is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
