Summary: The SAP Digital Manufacturing Functional Consultant role involves joining a long-term SAP implementation project remotely, with occasional travel to Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities:
- Complete at least one full SAP DM implementation and work in SAP MES configuration (like SAP ME).
- Demonstrate knowledge in SAP PP and QM.
- Map between SAP PP and QM processes with SAP DM process.
- Manage real-time production processes, track shop floor control (SFC) numbers, and set up data collection and routing.
- Ensure standard DM reports provide operator guidance.
- Configure analytics and standard KPIs like OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), quality overview, and plant availability.
- Schedule and coordinate tools, machines, and personnel based on qualifications and real-time capacity.
Key Skills:
- Experience with SAP DM implementation and SAP MES configuration.
- Knowledge of SAP PP and QM.
- Ability to map processes between SAP PP, QM, and DM.
- Skills in managing production processes and shop floor control.
- Experience in configuring analytics and KPIs.
- Strong organizational skills for scheduling and coordination.
