Summary: The role of SAP Data Migration Consultant focuses on leading a critical data migration and harmonization stream, specifically for environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data into SAP Sustainability Control Tower (SCT). Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Mapping & Discovery: Analyze, extract, and map heterogeneous ESG data from operational SAP landscapes (S/4HANA, ECC) and non-SAP Legacy systems into SCT-compliant data structures.
  • DPI & API Integration: Configure and utilize Data Provider Interfaces (DPIs) and the SCT Inbound API to establish automated data pipelines, ensuring proper handling of master data dimensions.
  • Validation & Reconciliation: Manage data validation, data quality checks, and reconciliation processes within the "Manage ESG Data" app to resolve validation errors before publishing.
  • Target Load & Harmonization: Execute and oversee the final upload and publishing of quantitative and qualitative ESG metrics, ensuring a traceable, audit-ready data foundation for EU Taxonomy or ESRS reporting.

Key Skills:

  • SAP SCT Expertise (Mandatory): Proven experience working with the SAP Sustainability Control Tower data model.
