Summary: The SAP Data Analyst role focuses on transforming legacy pricing structures into SAP-compliant data models while ensuring pricing accuracy and compliance with business expectations. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to translate technical requirements and implement pricing designs effectively. The analyst will also define long-term pricing maintenance strategies and assist in pre-deployment simulations. This role is fully remote, allowing flexibility in work location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the transformation of Client's legacy pricing structure into SAP-compliant data models that deliver the same pricing result and business/customer expectation, considering variables such as changes to customer master, new pricing design that drives automation in the ordering process, etc.
- Follow and implement the Client's Pricing Design into data construction templates and implement the design in structuring legacy pricing data.
- Translate and communicate technical requirements/limitations to business stakeholders in clear and concise manner. Understand business requirements and conversely adjust data models as needed to attain stakeholder objectives.
- Define long-term pricing maintenance strategy via potential mass load tools (such as LSMW data loads, Win Shuttle, etc.)
- Assist in pre-deployment simulation tests that validate pricing accuracy prior to mock data migration loads.
- Adhere to Client's requirements around quality, compliance, IT SAP implementation processes, and any overarching procedures that ensure the data migration process is compliant.
