Summary: The role of SAP Customer Service Functional Consultant involves providing functional expertise and coordination for an S/4 HANA implementation project. The consultant will facilitate training, deployment readiness, and user adoption for SAP Customer Service rollouts. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitates training, deployment readiness, user adoption, and post-Go-Live support for SAP Customer Service rollouts.
- Conducts local setup assessments, Change Impact Assessments (CIA), and facilitates role mapping to ensure deployment readiness.
- Executes "Train-the-Trainer" sessions, monitors learning progress, and guides local Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) through to Go-Live.
Key Skills:
- Deep understanding of End-to-End (E2E) Service workflows and technical systems (e.g., SAP, REXIS, BTP).
- Proven ability to coordinate across cross-functional Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and key stakeholder groups.
- Proactive approach to continuous learning and ability to translate global processes into actionable local improvement plans.

Here at RED, we are looking for an SAP Customer Service Functional Consultant - to start on an S/4 HANA implementation project for one of our global end clients.
The consultant is expected to start August 2026 and for an initial 6 months contract with a possibility of extension. The project will be a fully remote position.
Role:
Provide hands-on functional expertise and coordination to ensure upskilling during the Customer Service roll-outs. This role bridges regional deployment leadership and local affiliates, driving user enablement.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of End-to-End (E2E) Service workflows and technical systems (e.g., SAP, REXIS, BTP).
