Summary: The role is for an SAP CS (Customer Service) / SM (Service Management) Consultant with a strong focus on hands-on experience in SAP CS and S/4HANA Service. The consultant will be responsible for configuring and optimizing various service management processes and will need to travel to Fremont, CA once a month. The client prefers local resources if available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP CS (Customer Service module)
- Proven expertise in S/4HANA Service / Service Management
- Experience in at least 3 full lifecycle implementations of SAP CS
- Configure and optimize: Technical objects, Service Order Management, Service Contracts, Returns and Repair Process, Resource Related Billing (RRB), Notifications, Pricing and Billing.
- Exposure to Fiori-based applications and UI in S/4 Service
- Strong knowledge of integration with SD/MM modules
- Experience in testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and defect management
- Ability to create functional specs and work with technical teams
