Summary: Whitehall Resources is seeking an experienced SAP Coupa Consultant to support a significant procurement and source-to-pay transformation initiative. The role involves integrating and optimizing Coupa with SAP S/4HANA, focusing on Procure-to-Pay processes. The consultant will serve as a liaison among business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors, overseeing the project from requirements gathering to ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and support of Coupa solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA.
- Drive end-to-end project delivery throughout the full solution lifecycle, from discovery and design through go-live and hypercare.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable functional and technical solutions.
- Define and document business, functional, and technical requirements for development teams.
- Manage project activities, deliverables, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate with IT Security, Infrastructure, Business Teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Support business testing activities, including test planning, coordination, execution, and defect management.
- Analyse business system performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation.
- Design solutions that promote strong data governance, reporting, and business insights.
- Balance business requirements with technical feasibility, usability, performance, and delivery timelines.
- Support internal controls, compliance requirements, and process governance initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, and change management artefacts.
- Provide ongoing support for enhancements, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience implementing and supporting Coupa integrated with SAP S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay (P2P/PTP) processes.
- Strong SAP integration experience, particularly within procurement and purchasing functions.
- Experience leading workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution design activities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with manufacturing organisations is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of business process optimisation and enterprise systems integration.
- Experience supporting testing cycles, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
