Summary: The SAP Consultant (SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay Consultant) role involves implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors solutions, specifically focusing on Compensation and Variable Pay. Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions, particularly Compensation and Variable Pay.
- Configuring SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay features.
- Integrating Compensation and Variable Pay with other SuccessFactors modules.
- Conducting client workshops and effectively communicating with stakeholders.
- Advising clients on best practices and innovations in SuccessFactors.
- Managing global deployments and solution delivery across multiple geographies.
Key Skills:
- Experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Strong configuration skills in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.
- Knowledge of integration between Compensation, Variable Pay, and other SuccessFactors modules.
- Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.
- Experience with at least one end-to-end deployment of Compensation and Variable Pay.
- Effective communication and engagement skills with stakeholders.
- Ability to plan and run client workshops.
- Flexibility to work both onsite and remotely.
- Experience with global deployments.
