We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR processes and a deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. You will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and optimising SuccessFactors modules to enhance our HR capabilities and support our organisational goals.6 month contract - Outside IR35 - 320 per day - Fully remote Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation and Configuration:Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.Configure and customise SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management System) according to business requirements.Consultation and Support:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert advice on best practices.Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for system issues.Training and Development:Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions for HR and end-users.Stay up-to-date with the latest SuccessFactors features and updates, ensuring the team is informed of changes.Reporting and Analytics:Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.Monitor system performance and implement enhancements as needed.Project Management:Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.Ensure successful project delivery while adhering to best practicesAt RocSearch Recruitment, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
