Summary: As an SAP Consultant Contractor, you will implement and optimize SAP solutions to enhance operational efficiency and meet business requirements. Your role involves configuring SAP modules, analyzing business processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to provide technical expertise. Key Responsibilities:

o Manufacturing & Routing - Knowledge of shop floor routing, production orders, work centers, and standard hours (HPU).
o Labor & Performance Tracking - Design Labor Tracking Reports that include quantities, hours, BCWP, BCWR, CPI, SPI, etc.
o Repair, Rework & Scrap Analysis - Capture repair labor actuals, split order details, and scrap/rework/excess
o Make Part Cost Baselines - Build material baseline values for in house parts, including raw material, NPA, SRR, vendor processing
o Simulation & What If - Develop simulated baseline capability (run what if scenarios without affecting production baseline).
