SAP CO Lead Consultant

Summary: The SAP CO Lead Consultant role involves leading the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Controlling solutions within a significant finance transformation program. • Expertise with Margin Analysis, PS/PPM, overhead and revenue recognition.
• Experience integrating CO with other SAP modules and business processes.
• Experience with SAP Activate environments.
• Strong stakeholder management experience.
• Lead CO workstreams during S/4HANA programmes.
• SAP S4/HANA Finance certification is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English (Dutch/German is a bonus).
• Background in Utilities.
• Ability to start in August.

***SAP CO Consultant - 6 Month Contract Role - Remote (Sweden)***

On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has an opportunity for an SAP CO Lead Consultant to join them on an S4/HANA project.

This contract is to start Beginning of August and will be remote with some occasional travel to Berlin, Stockholm and Amsterdam.

Role responsibility:

You will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Controlling solutions within a large finance transformation programme. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, run workshops, translate business needs into SAP solutions, and drive the adoption of standard S/4HANA processes across areas such as Margin Analysis, Overhead Accounting, Project Controlling, Revenue Recognition, Profit & Cost Centre Accounting, and Universal Allocation. The role also involves guiding implementation teams, ensuring alignment between Finance and IT, and supporting the rollout of a global S/4HANA template across multiple countries.

Specific skills/experience:

• 5+ years hands-on experience as an CO Consultant
• Completed 3+ end to end implementations in S4/HANA
