Key Responsibilities
- Own the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Professional Services roadmap, configuration, and support for customer project management processes.
- Lead the design and support of project structures, work packages, project billing, billing plans, and project lifecycle governance.
- Manage integration of project operations with Finance, Controlling, Event-Based Revenue Recognition, time entry, expense management, and resource planning solutions.
- Drive production support, issue resolution, and process stabilization for project setup, time and cost postings, billing preparation, and project close activities.
- Lead regression testing, release impact assessments, and business validation for Professional Services enhancements and SAP cloud releases.
- Partner with Finance, Billing, HR, Resource Management, and business stakeholders to improve project delivery efficiency, billing readiness, data quality, and user adoption.
