Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver operational service support in SAP Basis / AMS environments.
- Define KPIs, alert thresholds, and dashboarding for system health and performance.
- Integrate monitoring alerts into ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
- Conduct incident management and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure effective operational delivery.
Key Skills:
- 12+ years of experience in SAP environments with a focus on operations and support.
- Proven experience with SAP Cloud ALM, particularly in monitoring and alerting.

RED now has a new contract opportunity for a SAP Cloud ALM Support & Operations Consultant to join one of our key partners for a large-scale SAP transformation programme. The initial contract will be for 6 months, with strong potential for extension across the broader project lifecycle.
This contract is to start ASAP and will be fully remote.

Specific skills/experience required:
- 12+ years of experience working across SAP environments, with a strong focus on operations and support
- Proven experience with SAP Cloud ALM (Operations), particularly in monitoring, alerting and observability setup
