Summary: The role involves four Change Managers to lead distinct workstreams—finance, order to cash, procurement, and manufacturing—within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation. Candidates should possess extensive experience in change management specifically related to SAP S/4HANA in the FMCG, manufacturing, or retail sectors. The position is predominantly remote with some required travel and offers an immediate start on a 12-month contract. The roles are classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead change management efforts for assigned workstreams (finance, order to cash, procurement, manufacturing) in a large-scale SAP S/4HANA programme.
- Ensure thorough understanding and management of relevant workstream processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate successful implementation and transition.
- Manage and support teams through the change process, addressing challenges and ensuring alignment with project goals.
Key Skills:
- Extensive SAP change management experience on large-scale S/4HANA programmes in the FMCG/manufacturing/retail industries.
- Thorough knowledge and experience of the relevant workstream you'd be managing (one of finance, order to cash, manufacturing or procurement).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely and travel internationally as required.
