Summary: The role involves four Change Managers to lead different workstreams (finance, order to cash, procurement, and manufacturing) for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation. Candidates should have extensive experience in change management within the FMCG, manufacturing, or retail sectors. The position is predominantly remote with some required travel and offers an initial 12-month contract with potential extensions. Immediate availability is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead change management efforts for specific workstreams in a large-scale SAP S/4HANA programme.
- Ensure thorough understanding and management of processes relevant to the assigned workstream (finance, order to cash, procurement, or manufacturing).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions and implementations.
- Manage and support teams through the change process, addressing any challenges that arise.
Key Skills:
- Extensive SAP change management experience on large-scale S/4HANA programmes.
- Thorough knowledge and experience of the relevant workstream (finance, order to cash, manufacturing, or procurement).
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or retail industries.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
