Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) Architect to enhance customer engagement processes through the design and implementation of customer data solutions. The role involves ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and optimizing data governance while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of customer data management and have a strategic mindset. This is a contract position with potential travel based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement customer data management strategies utilizing SAP Customer Data Cloud.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including data flows, integration points, and system interfaces.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulations while optimizing customer data utilization.
  • Conduct system assessments and performance tuning to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure data integration and synchronization between SAP CDC and other systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to customer data management and SAP technologies.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in implementing and managing SAP Customer Data Cloud solutions (Gigya).
  • Strong understanding of customer data architecture, data governance, and privacy regulations.
  • Proven experience with SAP CDC integration and architecture best practices.
  • Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with advanced certifications preferred.
  • Building SAP CDC solutions from scratch - Integrating SAP within existing ecosystem (component replacement).
  • Should be able to work on the Solution design for Identity management using SAP CDC.
  • Should be able to contribute to the integration of SAP CDC with SAP and Non-SAP apps.
  • SAP CDC architecture, CDC REST API, interfaces.
  • SSO, should be able to work on the Solution design for Identity management using SAP CDC.
  • Knowledge with hands-on experience of the integration scenarios of the SAP CDC with other applications such as SAP eCommerce, marketing cloud, websites, mobile apps.
  • Working knowledge of the API, Web SDK, JavaScript, screen-sets, federations, SSO, Web hooks, Social Media Integration along with knowledge of OpenID, SAML, and JWT.
  • Plan and execute strategy for the migration of existing accounts, subscriptions, and user registration records from existing customer systems into the Gigya platform.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
