Summary: SAP Time Consultant with expertise in SuccessFactors, CATS, and S/4 HANA is sought to support a leading brand's S/4 HANA implementation. The role offers a long-term contract with a predominantly remote working arrangement. Candidates should possess strong configuration skills in time management systems and effective communication abilities. The position is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure Positive Time Valuation, including rule design and validation.
- Manage Time Quotas configuration.
- Create and manage custom time valuation schema.
- Develop and oversee workflows.
- Utilize SAP SuccessFactors Time Management/SAP HCM Time Management.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and solve problems.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience configuring Positive Time Valuation, including rule design and validation.
- Strong configuration experience in Time Quotas.
- Hands-on expertise with custom time valuation schema (cust_SCHEMA).
- Hands-on experience creating and managing workflows.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time Management/SAP HCM Time Management.
