Summary: Korn Ferry is seeking a remote SAP Business Analyst to join a contract program on short notice, focusing on SAP programme migrations. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business analysis to gather requirements for SAP data migration.
- Design and execute ETL processes for compliance with SAP HANA's data models.
- Assess and improve data quality, identifying duplicates and inconsistencies.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
- Facilitate interviews and workshops to clarify and document data migration requirements.
- Maintain data dictionaries and data maps for legacy data translation.
- Collaborate with technical teams on SAP side to ensure successful migrations.

Korn Ferry are looking for a remote SAP Business Analyst to join a programme as a contract on short notice.
Commercials & Other info:
- Start date: ASAP
- Length: 3-4 months, this is likely to extend up to 6 months but it really depends on the estimates you give as a BA
- Location: Open to EMEA (please keep in mind UK working hours)
- Daily rates are expected to be inline with Remote EU work
- Inside of IR35
Key requirements:
- Experienced BA in SAP programme migrations
- Comprehensive knowledge of both SAP ECC6 & S/4 HANA to include difference in data structures, business processes & System functionalities.
- Experience in the data schema's of SAP ECC6 and SAP Han
- Ability to design & execute ETL processes to ensure compliance with SAP HANA's data models
- Proficiency in data mapping, including the creation & maintenance of data dictionaries & data maps to translate Legacy data to new structures
- Strong skills in assessing, profiling & recommendations to improving data quality - plan to identify and resolve duplicates, inconsistencies and obsolete data before migration
- Understands how to execute business analysis in order to gather the right requirements so that an SAP data migration can be executed successfully - so proficient in conducting interviews & workshops to gather, clarify & document data migration requirements
- Expert in liaising with technical people on SAP side and translating requirements into business language as well as gathering business requirements and translating that back to the technical teams
