SAP BTP Staff Consultant -- 100% Remote -- Only W2 Profiles

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Staff Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP, API Management, Cloud Connector, IAS/IPS, Event Mesh, and SAP integrations. The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and governing integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience with SAP Integration Suite and be comfortable working on complex integration, migration, S/4HANA, identity management, cloud connectivity, and event-driven architecture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design integration patterns and strategies to meet business and technical requirements.
• Develop and implement integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite.
• Apply Integration Suite best practices, integration patterns, templates, and prototypes.
• Work with various adapters including:
• SFTP
• HTTPS
• OData
• JMS
• AMQP
• Mail
• Other standard SAP Integration Suite adapters
• Develop integrations with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Develop integrations with SAP ERP, ECC, and S/4HANA.
• Design and implement SSO/SAML solutions across multiple applications and platforms.
• Utilize SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS) and Identity Provisioning Service (IPS) for identity and access management.
• Implement and manage SAP API Management for API governance, security, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Configure and manage SAP Cloud Connector for secure on-premises to cloud connectivity.
• Lead or participate in migration initiatives from platforms such as:
• SAP PO/PI
• TIBCO
• Informatica
• Other legacy integration platforms
• Participate in S/4HANA migration and implementation projects.
• Support SAP BTP Neo to Cloud Foundry subaccount migration initiatives.
• Provision and configure SAP HANA databases based on project requirements.
• Establish and enforce governance policies for HANA database usage.
• Implement and manage SAP Advanced Event Mesh for event-driven architectures.
• Configure and utilize SAP Cloud Transport Management (CTMS) for transporting applications and integration content across environments.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for integration and application deployments.
• Utilize Git for source control, version management, and collaborative development.
• Develop applications using the SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP).
• Collaborate with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and SAP functional teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to development teams.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide technical solutions.
• Ensure integration solutions follow SAP BTP architecture, security, governance, and development best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on development experience with SAP Integration Suite – REQUIRED
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP.
• Expertise in Cloud Integration / CPI.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and architecture.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
• Experience integrating SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
• Strong experience with SAP API Management.
• Experience with SAP Cloud Connector.
• Experience with SAP IAS/IPS.
• Strong understanding of SSO and SAML.
• Experience with SAP Advanced Event Mesh / Event Mesh.
• Experience with SAP Cloud Transport Management.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
• Experience with SAP HANA database provisioning and governance.
• Experience with SAP CAP application development.
• Experience with SAP BTP Cloud Foundry.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Hands-on development experience with Edge Integration Cell (EIC).
• Experience migrating integrations from SAP PO, TIBCO, Informatica, or similar platforms to SAP BTP.
• Experience with Neo to Cloud Foundry migration.
• Experience supporting S/4HANA migration/implementation programs.
• Strong understanding of event-driven architecture.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale SAP BTP environments.
• Staff/Lead-level consulting or architecture experience.
