Summary: The SAP BTP Enterprise Architect will lead the implementation of BTP solutions and integration within an S/4HANA project, focusing on digitization and agile methodologies. This role requires extensive experience in SAP architecture and cloud applications, with responsibilities including stakeholder collaboration and delivering minimum viable products. The position is remote with travel requirements of 2-3 weeks per month. The contract duration is expected to be over 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement S/4HANA and allied Cloud Applications functionality.
- Identify opportunities for digitization along with other levers.
- Establish methods, cooperation models, and new ways of working (e.g. Agile).
- Deliver S4 HANA minimum viable products, templates, complete products, and pilots.
- Handle requirement gathering, blueprint, design, configuration, functional testing, and test data setup.
- Analyze business requirements and provide detailed functional/technical specifications.
- Guide and manage the overall SAP team for development and testing.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and document processes.
- Coordinate work delivery between onsite and offshore teams.
- Travel as per job requirements.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
- 15-20+ years of experience in Information Technology.
- Experience in Architecture Design, Configuration, and implementation of SAP and Digital Cloud Applications.
- Development experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
- Hands-on experience in SAP TM in S/4HANA implementation programs.
- Knowledge of SAP ABAP BTP, SAP Cloud Portal, SAP Fiori development, and SAP Identity Authentication.
- Strong client-facing experience and excellent communication skills.
- Analytical skills with advanced Excel data analysis capabilities.
- Knowledge/certification of S4 HANA and Scrum Master/Agile Coach is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours due to remote working environment.

You'll be the driving force behind a transformative initiative that streamlines our entire ecosystem. You'll partner with key stakeholders across all other functional departments and spearhead the implementation of the technical function in a S/4HANA implementation project along with the following activities:

Required Qualifications:

Experience in Architecture Design, Configuration and implementation of SAP and Digital Cloud Applications
Good development experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) with excellent working knowledge on SAP Cloud Foundry & SAP NEO platform
Should have hands-on experience in SAP TM in a S/4HANA implementation programs
SAP ABAP BTP, SAP Cloud Portal / Launchpad Services / SAP Build Work Zone. SAP Workflow Management, Business Rules, and/or SAP Build Process Automation, SAP Print Services, SAP BTP CI/CD
SAP Fiori development (SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, OData Service, CDS Views, Embedded Analytics, etc.)
SAP Identity Authentication and Provisioning, GitHub platform, Strong expertise in the S/4HANA User Experience (UX) implementation process.
Good Knowledge in Landscape strategy
S/4HANA User Experience strategy, process, tools, and implementation.
Should be able to handle requirement gathering, blueprint, design, configuration, functional testing, test data setup etc.
Able to analyze business requirements, conceptual and detail design to meet business needs, involve on necessary SAP configurations, detailed functional/technical specifications, testing and implementing the automated solution, guide/able to manage overall SAP team for development and testing.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Knowledge / certification of S4 HANA and Scrum Master / Agile Coach can be additional benefits that you bring with you.
Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills.
Strong analytical skills with ability to work in advanced excel based data analysis.
Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore.
Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel will be as per the job requirements.
