Summary: This role is for an SAP BRIM SOM/CI Functional Consultant/SME responsible for architecting, designing, implementing, and testing changes to SAP BRIM and related technologies, including SAP S/4HANA. The consultant will lead workshops to gather requirements, provide advisory services, and ensure integration with other systems. The position requires extensive experience in SAP BRIM configuration and a strong understanding of high-volume billing and revenue management. The role is primarily remote with occasional onsite requirements in Middletown, PA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, implement, and test changes to SAP BRIM and related technologies.
- Lead workshops with the business to gather requirements and ensure processes are captured correctly.
- Provide advisory and implementation services related to high-volume billing and revenue management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Configure and customize SAP BRIM modules to meet specific requirements.
- Document process design, technological solutions, and development tasks.
- Conduct training sessions to teach and mentor junior staff and end-users on SAP BRIM functionality.
- Review and participate in testing activities, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Maintain productive working relationships with stakeholders and key clients.
- Lead and participate in project team activities related to enterprise systems.
Key Skills:
- 7+ years of Hands-on SAP BRIM configuration experience in relevant modules (SOM, CI), with 3+ years in SAP S/4 HANA hosted in commercial cloud.
- Experience on at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA BRIM implementations in the relevant modules.
- Expertise in PCI DSS compliance, tokenization, and secure payment flows designs.
- Working with payment gateways for actual tokenization and payment processing integration.
- SAP S/4 HANA BRIM certifications (BR235/240/245/416) preferred.
- Experience in utility or transportation industry or with usage-based subscription renewals preferred.
- Experience with Hybrid Agile Methodologies for implementation preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft ADO or JIRA preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP BTP for event-driven architecture and API management preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow for post go-live support preferred.
