Summary: The role of SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing Functional Consultant involves supporting complex billing and invoicing solutions for BRIM implementations within a leading consulting and technology services firm. Candidates must demonstrate strong commercial experience with SAP, particularly in Convergent Invoicing, and have completed multiple BRIM projects. The position allows for remote work within the UK, with occasional travel to London required. Only UK residents with a UK Passport will be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support complex billing and invoicing solutions across BRIM implementations.
- Deliver at least 2 or 3 SAP BRIM Converged Invoicing projects.
- Understand end-to-end BRIM functional processes and data flows.
- Manage usage-based and recurring billing processes.
- Configure billing, invoicing, posting areas, and bill cycles.
- Integrate FI-CA posting and manage revenue accrual, billing requests, and invoicing offsetting.
- Possess basic knowledge of FI-CA configuration and processes.
- Maintain strong knowledge of BITs and CITs.
Key Skills:
- Strong commercial experience with SAP, focusing on Convergent Invoicing.
- Experience in delivering SAP BRIM Converged Invoicing projects.
- Understanding of end-to-end BRIM functional processes and data flows.
- Knowledge of usage-based and recurring billing.
- Experience with billing, invoicing, posting areas, and bill cycle configuration.
- FI-CA posting integration skills.
- Revenue accrual, billing requests, and invoicing offsetting knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of FI-CA configuration and processes.
- SAP BRIM Certification (advantageous).
