Summary: We are looking for a skilled SAP Benefits Consultant to oversee the implementation and support of benefits functionalities within SAP HCM and SuccessFactors. The role involves collaboration with HR and payroll teams to ensure effective benefits administration and compliance. The consultant will also be responsible for configuring benefits modules and managing integration with payroll and vendor systems. This position is remote and focuses on long-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and maintain SAP Benefits modules (HCM or SuccessFactors EC Global Benefits).
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map benefits plans, eligibility rules, and enrollment processes.
- Set up benefit plans, coverage tiers, provider details, costs, and rules for enrollment windows.
- Manage life event handling, open enrollment, dependent management, and benefits eligibility.
- Integrate benefits data with payroll, third-party vendors, and employee self-service (ESS) portals.
- Ensure compliance with country-specific benefits regulations and corporate policy changes.
- Support testing (unit, SIT, UAT), training, and post-go-live troubleshooting.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track benefits enrollment, utilization, and cost.
- Stay up to date with SAP release updates, legal changes, and industry best practices.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM Benefits or SuccessFactors EC Global Benefits.
- Strong understanding of benefits enrollment processes, eligibility configuration, and dependent management.
