Summary: The SAP Basis Technical Program Manager is responsible for leading technology and cloud service delivery discussions with customers, ensuring effective communication and expectation management. This role requires a deep understanding of the customer landscape and the orchestration of technical experts from the SAP delivery organization. The position is fully remote and focuses on technical project management within SAP operations and implementation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Basis administration and customer-facing technical consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary contact for the customer regarding technology and cloud technical service delivery discussions.
  • Support client in regular cadence with stakeholders at customer and manage expectations with regards to service delivery.
  • Own the technical discussions with the customer and act as the orchestrator of experts to obtain expertise from the SAP delivery organization as required.
  • Ownership & detailed understanding of the customer landscape managed within the team & understand interdependencies between systems.

Key Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience with SAP Basis administrative duties REQUIRED.
  • 4+ years of customer-facing SAP Technical Consulting experience.
  • 4+ years of solution design, enterprise architecture, and or SAP implementation.
  • 2+ years experience in technical project management for SAP Operations or Implementation.
  • SAP NetWeaver, OS/DB migration, SAP HANA certifications are plus.
  • Experience and certifications with IaaS Providers (AWS, MS Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) are an advantage.
