SAP Basis / Technical Administrator Migration @ USA_ Remote - only on W2

Summary: The role of SAP Basis / Technical Administrator involves managing SAP migrations and cloud environments, requiring extensive experience in SAP Basis and infrastructure. The candidate will support migration activities, including weekend cutovers, and must have hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud platforms. This position is remote and requires a long-term commitment on a W2 basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and communication skills to lead discussions and handle critical situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage SAP Basis administration and system operations.
• Oversee SAP S/4HANA architecture and upgrades.
• Conduct SAP OS/DB migration and system upgrades.
• Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Support SAP RISE migration initiatives.
• Handle technical architecture, planning, and change management.
• Work across technologies including Unix/Linux and databases like SAP HANA and Sybase.
• Lead technical discussions and manage critical situations in a distributed team environment.

Key Skills:

• 9-12 years of SAP Basis & Infrastructure experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of SAP Migration project experience.
• Experience with cloud integration & hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to support weekend cutovers for migration activities.
• SAP certifications (especially migration-related) - nice to have.
• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) - nice to have.
• Experience with enterprise cloud services - nice to have.
