Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Backend/API Developer with a strong focus on SAP S/4 HANA Rise with SAP PCA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing robust backend systems and APIs that integrate seamlessly with SAP solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP technologies and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs that support SAP S/4 HANA Rise with SAP PCA.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement best practices for API development, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications and APIs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in backend development and SAP solutions.
• Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Rise with SAP PCA.
• Proficient in backend programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Solid understanding of database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture.

Qualifications

• 10 15 years of experience in backend development, with a focus on SAP technologies.
• Proven experience in developing and integrating APIs within SAP environments.
• Strong portfolio of previous projects demonstrating backend development expertise.
