- Working knowledge of Producer Management, Compensation & Performance and Agent Connection modules.
- Utilize technical knowledge to develop solutions and estimates.
- Lead discovery meetings, technical discussions and client presentations.
Key Skills:
- SAP APMe Tool experience.
- 8+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- 3 years of expertise in SAP Agent Performance Management enterprise edition software.
- Experience in commission calculations and payments.
- Health Insurance domain experience is a plus.
