Summary: The SAP Aerospace and Defense (A&D) Solution Architect is tasked with designing, implementing, and managing tailored SAP solutions for the aerospace and defense sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage SAP solutions for the aerospace and defense industry.
- Lead and assist customer and Sales Operations teams in delivering sophisticated projects.
- Develop and deliver proposal and presentation content, as well as marketing materials.
- Build credibility and gain "trusted advisor" status with key clients and stakeholders.
- Champion delivery excellence through Activate methodology and supporting tools.
- Identify areas for improvement within existing SAP landscapes and suggest enhancements.
- Collaborate with business users, functional experts, and technology leaders for successful implementation.
- Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to SAP project success.
- Design and implement complex SAP solutions, understanding integration points and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of SAP solutions specific to the A&D industry (MRO/Supply Chain Distribution).
- 12 years of professional experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience in S/4HANA Greenfield/Brownfield implementations.
- Ability to lead the delivery of solution business blueprints.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large transformation projects across their full lifecycle.
- Experience in managing manufacturing solutions and their integration with other applications.
- Understanding of the Final Assembly process with Parameter Effectivity.
- Project Manufacturing (A&D Production Planning) experience.
- Minimum one full cycle SAP implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of SAP integration with modules such as PS, PP, SD, WM, and FI/CO.
