Summary: The SAP Aerospace and Defense Enterprise Architect is responsible for designing and implementing SAP solutions tailored to the aerospace and defense industry. This role involves leading projects, building client relationships, and ensuring delivery excellence through effective communication and collaboration. The architect will also mentor junior team members and identify areas for improvement within existing SAP landscapes. Expertise in SAP solutions specific to the A&D industry is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage SAP solutions for the aerospace and defense industry.
- Lead and assist customer and Sales Operations Text.
- Develop and deliver proposal and presentation content across multiple areas of expertise.
- Build credibility and gain "trusted advisor" status with key clients and stakeholders.
- Champion delivery Activate methodology and supporting toolsets.
- Align delivery capabilities with market demand in established and new areas of expertise.
- Facilitate technology agnostic business capability/process workshops.
- Identify areas for improvement within existing SAP landscapes and suggest enhancements.
- Collaborate with business users, functional experts, and technology leaders for successful implementation.
- Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to SAP project success.
- Design and implement complex SAP solutions, understanding integration points and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of SAP solutions specific to the A&D industry (MRO/Supply Chain Distribution), including SAP S/4.
- 12 years of professional experience with S4.
- S/4HANA Greenfield/Brownfield implementation experience.
- Ability to lead the delivery of a solution business blueprint.
- Leadership role in shaping strategy and roadmap across multiple lines of business.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large transformation projects.
- Facilitate integration between Bedrock and applications.
- Manage overall manufacturing solution and its integration to other Value Streams.
- Understanding of the Final Assembly process with Parameter Effectivity.
- Project Manufacturing (A&D Production Planning) experience.
- Minimum one full cycle SAP implementation.
- Experience with GPD/PMMO.

SAP Aerospace and Defense (A&D) Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing SAP solutions tailored to the unique needs of the aerospace and defense industry.
Ability to Deliver sophisticated projects. Lead and assist customer and Sales Operations Text
Develop and deliver proposal and presentation content, as well as marketing materials across multiple areas of expertise, within or across industry sectors, that is consistently leveraged across multiple presales opportunities within a region.
Client Relationships: Building credibility and gain "trusted advisor " status with key clients, project team members and stakeholders, including directors, across the entire scope of the engagement.
Delivery Excellence: Champion for delivery Activate methodology and supporting toolsets (JIRA, Confluence, DAN, etc.). Will be a recognized leader amongst peers in knowledge and execution excellence - consistently setting the bar for excellence in delivery.
Proactively working with regional and global capability management to ensure delivery capabilities are aligned to market demand in both established a new areas of expertise.
Expertise knowledge in core business processes, and associated functions, for one industry sector, or a limited number of micro industry sectors. Capable of facilitating a technology agnostic business capability /process workshop.
Ability to develop and present innovative implementation strategies.
Ability to deliver a compelling presentation to prospective client, key project team members and stakeholders, including directors, across the entire scope of a proposed engagement.
